No South Africa for us ....
I thought I'd be disapointed, but the offer we recieved curbed any disapointment we could have felt. We are now going on with life, and getting ready for Super-Boy's birthday coming up next week. We also need to get ready for Kindergarten! I can't believe my baby is old enough to start school. What will the girls and I do?!

I'm sorry :(, but it sounds like things are working out well anyway.
Luckily kindergarten is short enough, you wont miss ds as much as you could but he'll have a blast!!
At least you were prepared to go, if it worked out. And now you have the peace of having it settled. Nothing like endless waiting!
