Storms

It's been stormy the past two days - beautiful weather, with lighting and booming thunder.  There's something about a thunderstorm that reminds me that God is always in charge, and this world was created for us, and that Jesus Christ is our way to return to our heavenly home in the next life.  Lighting reminds me how fragile we are, and how God keeps us safe as we go through this life, so we can fulfill our earthly mission.

The only downfall of the thunderstorms this week was that we were too busy!  I love to stay home, snuggle up with my kids, and get absorbed in a good book.  Instead, we were driving all over, running to get things done.
